 Not bad after a few modifications., Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: R/T Dual 8" Standard Bandpass Speaker Enclosure (Electronics) I know a lot of people feel like they shouldn't have to modify something once they bought it, and i give you that. but these few easy fix are not so bad. I have 2 jbl gto 804 subwoofers powered by a Alpine 1000 watt mono amp. at first I didn't like this box. now it is pretty good after a few modifications. first remove the plastic ports and flip the port up side down so that it is poking up thur the enclosure facing up. next replace the plexiglass with a piece of wood or thicker plexi glass so now the encloser is totally sealed. i cut some 3/4 inch mdf from HD just big enough to cover the hole . The box will look tacky but this was all I could come up with after a month of research. Next I position the box so that the ports aim towards the front of my truck. for me this gave the loudest and clearest sound. And that's it now my JBL's hit like a boss.
